Standard First Aid

Standard First Aid courses are presented to participants to help them identify, respond to and treat minor injuries and illness's that can be encountered in the home, workplace, schools and in day to day environments.

Standard First Aid generally consists of a series of simple and in some cases, potentially life-saving techniques that an individual can be trained to perform with minimal equipment. Emphasis is placed on the responders safety, asking for consent and practicing within the scope of their training, which in this case is Lay Responder Standard First Aid.

The Standard First Aid course is OSHA workplace approved.

Participants receive a 2 year certification.
